How many languages can I browse?

The languages available on unity.gr are: Greek, English.

Are the prices the same online and physical Unity stores?

Yes, except for specific offers that are Web Offers. (Which are always listed)

Are products that are out of stock in a size or color?

At Unity you will find a huge variety in all categories and sizes. If a product is out of stock, it is renewed as soon as possible. If there is no stock, it is withdrawn immediately.

I can receive in my email information about the latest news and offers of unity.gr

Can I stop receiving the Newsletter?

How can I make sure I have completed my purchase?

Can I remove/cancel any product from my order?

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

unity.gr only sells products in perfect condition, for this reason, if exceptionally you receive a product with a defect, please contact the customer service department. (216 9006900)

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If, by mistake, you receive a product that you did not order, please contact our customer service department. (216 9006900)

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product to any Unity store. Underwear, socks, headphones, swimwear (bottoms) are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

The items must be in their original condition and you will be asked to show the corresponding receipt.

If I am unable to visit a store, how can I make a return?

If you are unable to visit a physical Unity store, please contact customer service.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted format. The system will contact the issuing bank so that the buyer can approve the payment. Once the bank confirms authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.
