RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

1.1 WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. For returns where the bank does not belong to the banks collaborating with the UNITY company, the money transfer commission is borne by the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to complete and send the special“return form”. You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging having been tampered with and confirming that the product’s special markings have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting the withdrawal statement contained in the “return form”. The return will be accepted via shipping with a transport company (courier) or to one of our physical stores and only after the company’s approval.

In case of return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way they will be returned, the refund will be completed within 5 working days from the date we receive the products. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company (Unity by Haris Ragavis), it undertakes to resend the courier to the address you have specified for receiving the order at its own expense. In the event that the consumer wishes to return his order without the fault of the company, then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself. In case you choose to return with transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the times of receipt of the products you return to us. If you choose to send by post, we cannot receive your return. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and let you know how to process it. After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer is compensated for the full amount either by a corresponding deposit to his bank account, which he has filled in on the return form that necessarily accompanies the returned merchandise, or in another way according to the above.

1.2 REPLACEMENT / CHANGE

The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. In case the consumer wants to change the respective product, he is obliged to follow one of the following methods:

1.2.1 To return it to the company with a transport company (courier) and to place a new order. In this case, the cost of return is borne by the consumer.

1.2.2 To proceed according to communication with the company, to change it at any store of the company in Greece, without any charge.</ p>

If the reason for the return is due to an error by the company, the cost of return will be borne by the latter. After returning the product, the customer is reimbursed for the entire amount with a corresponding deposit to his bank account, which he has filled in on the return form that necessarily accompanies the returned merchandise.

1.3 DETAILED RETURN GUIDE IN CASES (1) AND (2) ABOVE

In order to return the purchased product (or products), the customer must ensure that:< /p>

1.3.1 The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which it was received, together with the receipt of retail sale and including its special markings product (tabs).

1.3.2 The product must also be accompanied by the completed “Return Form”.

1.3.3 The product must be returned within the exclusive period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

1.4 RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Our customers have the right to cancel an order, under the very specific conditions below:

1.4.1 If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.< /p>

1.4.2. In case the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company, so that he can inform you further about the procedure that should be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.

The right to cancel the order does not exist apart from the above cases.

Note:

For reasons of hygiene, our company will not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, leggings and generally products that can affect a person’s personal hygiene.< /p>

All products returned to stores and central warehouse are subject to thorough quality control.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.</ p>

In case you want to return the products you bought, you should contact a representative of the online store to inform you about the specific physical store where it will be done the return.

1.5 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in case of a product that has a defect or lacks an agreed quality, has all the rights from the existing provisions and laws regarding the contract of sale and consumer protection.
