Is the site secure?

There is a high level of security and confidentiality of your data on the UNITY site. To minimize the disclosure of your information, we use the PCI standard and never store users' credit card details. Additionally, to enhance the security of your account, we recommend always keeping your information confidential and changing your password frequently.

 

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

You can easily recover your password by clicking on the "Forgot my password" option when logging into the site. Then, you will be prompted to enter the email address you used to register on the site, and the password recovery link will be sent to you there. You can now choose a new password.

Within Greece, for purchases of €65 and above, shipping is free.


Shipments within Athens:

Product delivery to your location is usually done within one or two working days through a cooperating courier company (you will receive an informative email and can track your package using the courier company's website with the package number). If any of the products are unavailable, the waiting time may reach up to 6 working days.


For orders below €65, shipping costs €3.


In case of payment upon delivery, there is an additional fixed charge of €2.


Shipments to the rest of Greece:

Product delivery to the rest of Greece is usually done to your location within three calendar days, except for very remote areas where it usually takes four days. If any of the products are unavailable, the waiting time may reach up to six to seven working days.


For orders below €65, shipping costs €3.


In case of payment upon delivery, there is an additional fixed charge of €2.


Shipments to Cyprus:

Shipments to Cyprus are made within fourteen working days with a cooperating courier company, and the shipping cost is €8 for orders up to 2kg. For shipments to Cyprus, payment upon delivery is not available.


Shipments abroad:

The shipping cost for international orders ranges from €15 to €90 depending on the country zone and applies to orders up to 2kg. For orders over 2kg, please contact us to provide you with the exact shipping cost. International orders are delivered after payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All the above prices include VAT.


Additional information:

At unity.gr, most packaging parcels are shipped without volumetric charges. In cases of orders weighing more than 4 kg and bulky packages, coordination with unity.gr is required due to the differentiation of shipping costs.


For heavy or bulky items, shipment is made through a transportation agency (pickup from the agency's headquarters). In this case, cash on delivery is not available. Payment for the order must be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank deposit.

HOW DO I PICK UP A PACKAGE VIA BOX NOW?

If you choose BOX NOW as your delivery method, when your package arrives at the Locker, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with the 6-digit code that opens the parcel door. You have 48 hours from when you receive the informative message to pick up your package. Simply enter the code you received at the Locker, and the parcel door will open automatically.

When will I receive my order?

The time it will take to deliver your order depends on your location.

You can pay for your order using the following methods:


Cash on delivery, where payment is made to the courier upon delivery, with an additional charge of €2.00.

Credit card charge. When entering your card details, the bank authorizes the amount of your order without initially charging it. Your credit card will be charged upon invoicing to avoid issues in cases of non-immediate availability.

Online payment via PayPal.

Bank deposit to the company's bank account:

My payment was not approved. What should I do?

If your payment was not approved during the checkout process, either we couldn't find available balance on your credit card, or the credit card you tried to use was not compatible with our system. In such a case, you will receive an email stating that your payment was declined and you have not been charged. If you didn't receive the email, please contact our Customer Service Center at 2162024776 or at [email protected].


The refunded amount was incorrect. What should I do?

If the refund amount you received does not correspond to the products you returned, please contact our Customer Service Center at 2162024776 or at [email protected].


The card I used for payment is no longer valid. How can I receive the refund?

If you want to receive a refund for a product or an order, but the credit card you used for the purchase is no longer available, please contact our Customer Service Center at 2162024775 or at [email protected].

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS


1.1 WITHDRAWAL / RETURN


You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obligated to inform us of the reason for wanting to return the products, within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. For returns where the bank does not belong to the banks cooperating with UNITY, the transfer fee of the money is borne by the customer.


You are obliged to send the product in the same condition in which you received it, without the packaging being violated, and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt, along with the submission of the withdrawal statement contained in the "return form". The return will be accepted by sending it via courier, only after approval by the company.

In the event of returning the products, depending on both the way you chose to pay for your order and the way their return will be made, your refund will be completed within 5 working days from the date we receive the products. In case the reason for the return concerns an error by the company (Unity), it is committed to resend a courier to the address you have specified for the delivery of the order at its own expense. In case the consumer wishes to return his order without any liability of the company, then the shipping costs burden the consumer himself. If you choose to return via courier, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you are returning. In case you choose shipping by mail, we cannot accept your return. After receiving the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you of the processing method. After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer is compensated in full either by a corresponding deposit to his bank account, which he has filled in on the return form accompanying the returned goods, or by another way according to the above.

1.2 REPLACEMENT / CHANGE


The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. If the consumer wants to change the respective product, he is obliged to follow one of the following ways:

1.2.1 To proceed with its return to the company via courier and to place a new order. In this case, the return cost is borne by the consumer.

1.2.2 To proceed, after contacting the company, to its change in any store of the company in Greece, without any charge.

If the reason for return concerns an error by the company, the return cost is borne by the latter. After the return of the product, the customer is compensated in full by a corresponding deposit to his bank account, which he has filled in on the return form accompanying the returned goods.


1.3 DETAILED RETURN GUIDE UNDER (1) AND (2) CASES

To return the purchased product(s), the customer must ensure that:

1.3.1 The product is within its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which it was received, along with the retail receipt and including the product's special markings (tags).

1.3.2 The product is accompanied by the completed "Return Form".

1.3.3 The return of the product is made within the exclusive deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.


1.4 ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHT

Our customers are entitled to cancel an order under the very specific conditions below:

1.4.1 If the electronic order process (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.

1.4.2. If the electronic order process (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company to inform you further about the process to be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.

The right to cancel the order does not exist beyond the above cases.

Note:

For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of underwear, swimsuits, leggings, and generally products that may affect personal hygiene.

All products returned to stores and the central warehouse are subject to strict quality control.

To avoid your inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any visible defects. In the event of a defect being found during the quality control of the returned product, the company is obliged to contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return of the product in question.

If you wish to return the products you purchased, you should contact a representative of the online store to inform you about the specific physical store where the return will take place.


1.5 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in case of a product with a defect or lack of agreed qualities, has all the rights from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract and consumer protection.
