The discount of the loyalty system will be calculated on the final value of the purchases. The discount you are entitled to is calculated automatically when you complete your order.
III. Subscribe to the Newsletter.
Subscribing to the company newsletter is not a mandatory procedure for making a purchase from our online store or for the provision of our other services, including your simple browsing on our website. IV. Purchase process through unity.gr.
A. Order.
A.1 Completion – Order Confirmation.

To be able to complete your first order you must register as a new member. During the completion of your order the system will automatically guide you through the very simple and quick registration process. The prices listed on the products include VAT. In the “Cart” field you can see the shipping charges. In case the products are not shipped within Greece, to calculate the final cost of your ordered products, please contact us at (+30) 216-2024776 or by email at . By submitting your order in accordance with the above, the unity.gr system will automatically send you a message to the email account you have registered with us when you registered as a member, which will notify you that we have received the order, it will state the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. When the order is delivered to our partner courier company or another partner company, you will receive a new email with the waybill/shipment number. With this number you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery location you have indicated in your respective order.
A.2 Cancellation / Modification of Order.
Our customers are entitled to cancel an order, under the very specific conditions below:
- If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.
- In the event that the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company, so that he can inform you further about the procedure that should be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.
The right to cancel the order does not exist beyond the above cases.
B. Delivery of Products.
B.1 Shipping & Delivery.
In order to ensure the prompt and perfect delivery of your order, unity.gr cooperates with courier companies ELTA Courier and Courier Center, which together have one of the largest courier networks in Greece. Deliveries are made during working days.
B.2 Collection from store.
If you wish to receive your order from a store, you can choose one of the following stores and after being informed by e-mail or phone within 1-2 working days of the arrival of your order there, go to the store (hours store operation) to pick up your purchases.
Pickup is done by showing your ID and the order number sent to the email address you provided.
Unity stores are used exclusively as pick up points and therefore the parcels cannot be opened by the store employees for any reason. The customer can open his parcel once he has completed his payment, at the store’s checkout.
Collections can also be made on Saturday (store hours).

B.3 Delivery Costs.
Shipping of orders throughout Greece, regardless of weight and volume, is free for orders over €65.00. For orders under €65.00 the shipping cost is €3.00 (including VAT) for all of Greece. The previous price does not include the cost of cash on delivery, which amounts to €2.00. The cost of shipping orders outside of Greece is announced at the customer’s request and is linked to the country of destination.
B.4 Delivery Time.
All orders are dispatched by our company the next working day after they are placed. Orders within Attica, but also in large urban centers are delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders to the rest of Greece are delivered in 2-4 working days. Upon delivery of your order to the courier company Courier Center, we provide you with the possibility to be informed of its whereabouts through the waybill number, which is posted on the “ACCOUNT” page. Committing on our part to make every effort for the fastest delivery of your orders, we would like to inform you that the possible involvement of unpredictable factors such as strikes, bad weather at sea, delays of transport companies, reasons of force majeure as well as in the event that telephone or / and communicating with you by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment), because for example your registered information is not correctly updated , may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
C. Payment Methods.
Payment for your purchases can be made via Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, Bank Deposit, Paypal and Payment in our Stores.
- Cash on delivery.
When your parcel is delivered by the courier company’s employee, its value is paid in cash. For cash on delivery payment at your location you do not incur additional costs. - Credit Card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards. Your transactions on unity.gr are protected by top security systems (high SSL-256 bit encryption and digital certification by Verisign) which guarantee a secure environment. In the (secure) order form, fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiry date, CCV). - Bank Deposit.
The amount to be paid can be deposited within 3 days to the following bank accounts.

After 3 days and without warning the order is cancelled.
- Paypal.
If you have a Paypal account and wish to pay the final amount through this process you can select “paypal payment” and be taken to the Paypal website to complete the process. There is no additional charge from us if you choose this payment method. - Payment at the Store.
You can complete the purchase process of your order through unity.gr and request payment and receipt of the products at one of the network stores. After the information that will follow within the next two working days about the arrival of the products at the store you selected, you can go to it and without any additional costs pay and receive your order. Proof of ID and order number are required to secure the transaction.
5.5 Product Return Policy & Money.
You have the right to return the products of your order, excluding underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), within 15 days from the day of receipt for FREE for any reason you wish and for returns within Greece with the courier company Courier Center. If another courier company is used, the costs are borne by the customer. If the return is not made within 15 working days then the company. may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return. The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the employee of the courier company on the receipt, in order to check the deadline. Returned products must be unused, have all manufacturer’s tags, box packaging (for shoes) and all included accessories where offered, e.g. extra laces. The proof of purchase or sales invoice is also a necessary accompaniment.
The return of part or all of your order can be made in the following ways:
- Filling in the Product Return Form that you will find in the package of your order and after first contacting us (email at or by phone at (+30) 216 2024776 from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). A necessary condition for the FREE return of part or the whole order is the completion of the Product Return Form that you will find inside the package you received.

- By returning the package to one of our stores (store opening hours) and after you have first contacted us (mail to or by phone at (+30) 216 2024776 from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). A necessary condition for the FREE return of part or the whole order to our stores is the completion of the Product Return Form which you will find inside the package you received.
(Returns will not be made accepted without the form completed). After our communication, we will inform the store you wish, in order to receive your return.
All returns are checked and within 14 working days the value of the products is returned to the consumer in a corresponding manner relative to the one selected for payment. In the case of cash on delivery, the credit will be made to the buyer’s bank account. Possible costs of transport, cash on delivery or bank charges are not refunded. If the product has been purchased during a special offer of free return shipping or using a special related coupon then the return costs are borne by the company.
5. Unity.gr.
‘s responsibility
1. Supplier Warranty.
The supplier of each product you purchase is responsible for any damage due to a defect in their product. If in doubt as to the identity of the producer of a product you have purchased from us, please let us know.
2. Responsibility of unity.gr for defects, loss.
Unity.gr bears towards you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller.
